What is guidely?
A guest app and digital guidebook that opens from a link or QR code. Guests use it for check-in, property information, local recommendations, questions, orders and bookings.
How does pricing work?
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card. After that you pick a band and pay per unit, where a unit is one room or one property. Essential scales from a single unit ($9, dropping to $5 from the 4th). Plus ($12.50/unit) adds room service and operations; Pro ($17.50/unit) adds your PMS. Plus and Pro are billed from a 5-unit minimum.
What's in the free trial?
The branded guide, map, AI concierge, extras, guest requests and insights are available for 14 days. No card is required.
What counts as a unit?
A unit is one room, or one property on a multi-property account - each with its own guide, link and QR code. On Essential you add or remove units any time and your bill adjusts automatically.
How do orders and paid extras work?
Requests route to WhatsApp or the Desk. You can charge them to the room or connect Stripe for card payments.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is monthly and you can add or remove units or cancel from your account.
