Guests already run their trip from their phone. They book on it, check in on it, and find their way around on it. A printed pack or a PDF is the one part of the stay that does not live there, so it goes unread and out of date, and the questions come to your team instead.
When the Wi-Fi, the check-in details and a good dinner are a tap away, the stay runs smoother and guests take up more of what you offer. Recommendations in your own words keep them off generic search results and on the places you would actually send them. Fewer small problems along the way, and better reviews at the end.

Guides are served from a global edge network with automatic encryption, and scale on their own from one guest to thousands. Published guides are cached, so they keep loading for your guests even while we ship updates behind the scenes. Automated monitoring and regular backups keep the system healthy and your content safe.
